We are so pleased with our beautiful custom home that World of Wood constructed and are beyond impressed with the excellent craftsmanship. As we worked together during the planning and construction of the home, we felt the team at World of Wood understood our style and were able to bring it all together so much better than we imagined. We found a house plan that would suit us then World of Wood was able to show us a three dimensional mock up to visualize the building and helped to make alterations that made this the home we dreamed. Our general project manager came to our property to be sure the home was in a perfect setting to fit the landscape. Our lead contractors were very accessible and receptive so we felt we were included in detailed decisions along the way. World of Wood are expert craftsmen with cabinetry but also the masonry work is stunning. We are beyond excited and proud to own such a beautiful home here in the Keweenaw.

We were skeptical to get a kitchen quote from a custom cabinetry business because we figured the prices wouldn't compare to lumber yard quotes. Happy surprise! World of Wood did better! The guys were no problem to have in the house as they were very professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Since then, we have already rehired World of Wood to make us a kitchen table and to redo our laundry room. We will continue to use their services for future projects.
